Our custom products are made to order for you and are non-returnable. 
If we have made a mistake, then we will gladly fix it, within 15 days of purchase. Color variations from screen to actual printed colors may occur. If you supply a Pantone C series code number, we’ll print as close as possible regarding color match. If you're not sure about how a color will print, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

If there is a problem with the order you received, keep the product and original container with original packing and contact us immediately via the email adress above.

Stock items are subject to a replacement request within 3 days of delivery. If your item was damaged or another problem was found with your order, please contact us immediately for a replacement flag. For the return of the original item, customer pays for return shipping to our main office in Canada.
